 How do I know the calling rate for the variety of services offered?
Our transparent calling rates are available to see by visiting our "Rates" page where we provide to you with multiple and easy ways to see the calling rate to any global destination. First, select a plan, then select the country name/destination to get the lowest fixed and/or mobile rates for that country. Alternatively, you can just click the starting alphabet of the country name in our A-to-Z list and see all available calling rates to the countries starting with the selected alphabet.
 How do I log in to my VoIP account?
To login to your VoIP account, click "Login" and select "VoIP" on home page then enter your personal service information as emailed to you and/or downloaded from confirmation page upon sign up.
 Where can I see my call details?
You can view, download or print your call detail record (CDR) by logging in to your account and select "Reporting".
 How do I recharge my service credit?
Select "Recharge Now" button at the top right portion of our home page to recharge VoIP or TopUp. Enter your online account credentials, click "Recharge" and follow through to completion.
 Where do I find more information for setting features of my service?
Information and step-by-step instructions to configure some accessible features of your service are available upon login in your online account "Home" page.
 What type of credit card can I use for payment?
We accept all major credit cards for purchases and recharge including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
 What is the currency Fone Concepts calling rates?
All our rates are in USD. Pertinent foreign exchange rates apply to calls originating from countries with other currencies.
 Is there a contract for FoneConcepts Recurring Outbound services?
No, there is no contractual agreement needed to sign up for our recurring outbound services. If you so wish, you can request to cancel your recurring outbound service at any time subject to receiving back only any remaining credit in the pertinent account at the time of cancellation subject to the deduction of payment for calls made.

 Is there a difference between free-pass and pinless?
Yes. Free-pass is single-stage dialing while pinless is two-stage dialing. With Free-pass number you reach global destinations by dialing just a local number we issued to you. However, with pinless, you first dial relevant access number then followed by the actual global destination number desired or your pertinent configured speed dial number.
 Can I refer my friends for VoIP and how do I do so?
